We want you to love what you receive. If it is not right, we will make it right.

30-DAY RETURNS, RETURN SHIPPING ON US

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. We cover return shipping worldwide. There is no restocking fee.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You will need your order number or order confirmation email as proof of purchase

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at hello@noegojustbe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day and send you a prepaid return label along with instructions.

Please do not send anything back before requesting a return. We cannot accept items sent back without an approved return request.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at hello@noegojustbe.com. We will replace it or refund you in full, entirely at our expense.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

For orders delivered in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right is in addition to our 30-day return policy. Items must still be unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange a size or style is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is approved and received, your refund is processed and you can put it toward the new piece.
