Delivery & Returns

At No Ego Just Be, we hand-make every piece in Puglia, southern Italy. Below is everything you need to know about how your order ships and how returns work.

Shipping

Where we ship from: Our atelier in Bari, southern Italy.

Where we ship to: Worldwide, to over 200 countries.

Shipping cost: Free worldwide shipping on every order during launch.

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time: Typically 3–5 business days within Europe, 5–7 business days for international orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Customs and duties: International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your local customs office. These are not included in the order total.

Returns

Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Order confirmation email or receipt required as proof of purchase

How to start a return:

  1. Email us at ncgrose1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all paperwork.
  4. Ship via a trackable carrier to the address provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Damages or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at ncgrose1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full at our expense.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the size or style you'd prefer. Once your return is approved and received, the refund processes and can be applied to your new purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If 15+ business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the refund, email ncgrose1@gmail.com.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification (in addition to our 30-day window). Standard return conditions apply (unworn, with tags, in original packaging).
