Sizing & Fit

Is your fit unisex?

Yes. Every design comes in one cut, made to drape softly across all bodies. The Italian viscose follows the body without clinging, generous but graceful. See our Size Guide for full garment measurements.

What size should I order?

Regular fits unisex US 0 to 12 / EU 32 to 44 (women), S to L / 46 to 52 (men). Slim runs petite, best for women US 0 to 8 / EU 32 to 40, men XS only (cigarette leg). When in doubt between sizes, the smaller usually works, the cloth drapes rather than fits to the body.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Not at this time. We're a small atelier and produce in limited runs.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

Puglia, in southern Italy. Every piece is cut, sewn, and shipped from our atelier in Bari.

How long does shipping take?

Typically 3 to 5 business days within Europe and 5 to 7 business days internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

How much is shipping?

Free worldwide shipping on every order during our launch period.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We deliver to over 200 countries.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly, depending on your country. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes levied by their local customs office. We declare all parcels at their full value.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the atelier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See the full Delivery & Returns policy.

How do I return an item?

Email us at ncgrose1@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.

Can I exchange for a different size or style?

The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the size or style you'd prefer. Once your return is approved, the refund can be used toward your new purchase.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full at our expense.

Care & Fabric

What is your fabric?

100% premium Italian viscose. Lightweight, breathable, with a fluid drape. Cool against the skin in summer, soft in cooler months.

How do I care for my set?

Dry clean is recommended. If hand-washing, use cold water and a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry. Iron on low heat if needed. Never tumble dry. Heat damages the fibres.

Will it shrink?

Properly cared for, no. Viscose is dimensionally stable when not exposed to heat. Avoid hot water and tumble drying.

Will the colour fade?

With dry cleaning, no noticeable fade for many seasons. With hand-washing, expect very slight softening over time, natural and desirable for the viscose feel.

Every piece is made in Puglia, the heel of Italy. Cut, sewn, and finished by small-batch ateliers we work with directly.

Why two-piece sets?

A set is freedom in a single decision. Two pieces designed to live together, so you don't have to think about what goes with what. Wear it as a set when you want to feel polished. Split it and the top becomes a layer, the pants become a staple. One purchase, many ways to show up.

Is your production sustainable?

We produce in small batches with Italian viscose sourced from European mills. No overstock, no synthetic blends, no fast turnover.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and select regional payment methods including Klarna and Mercado Pago.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we'll do our best. Once an order has shipped from Puglia, we can't recall it, but you can return it within the 30-day window.
